Service Non-Availability: We are not responsible if you are unable to avail of any services for which you have paid, regardless of the reason.
Changes in Itinerary: The itinerary may change or be canceled without prior notice.
Tour Cancellation: Tours may be canceled without prior notice.
Responsibility Limitations: We are not liable for any loss due to natural disasters, helicopter scheduling issues, non-operational helicopters, hotel services, car services, curfews, communal rights, inability to arrange helicopter tickets, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Helicopter Ticket Policy: Helicopter cancellation policies differ from package cancellation policies and will adhere to the company’s rules.
Helicopter Ticket Availability: If we are unable to provide helicopter tickets due to certain reasons or seat unavailability, only the standard printed price of the helicopter ticket will be refunded. No additional benefits will be offered beyond this refund.
Non-Refundable Services: Partially or fully used services are non-refundable.
Policy Modifications: Policies mentioned above may change or additional points may be added without prior notice.
Booking Agreement: By booking or making a payment with us, you agree via phone or email that you have no objections to these terms and conditions and confirm your intent to book.
Standard Rules Application: Apart from the above, all standard rules for holiday/tour operators and travel agencies apply.
